CEBU, Philippines - Vitamin C is one of the most important discoveries of the 20th century and still remains vital to human survival. Dr. Linus Pauling, twice awarded the Noble Prize and is known as the “Father of Vitamin C,” declared that daily intakes of vitamin C aid anti-cancer activity and assist in repairing damaged arteries and removing arterial plaque (atherosclerosis).

Vitamin C deficiency is the most common but unrecognized reason why people develop and have diseases. The works of the great scientists like Dr. Albert Szent-Gyorgyi, Dr. Linus Pauling, Dr. Matthias Rath, Dr. Irvin Stone, Dr. Frederick Robert Klenner, Dr. Robert F. Cathcart, made the world recognize the real value of vitamin C in the pursuit of health. Higher doses of Vitamin C intake is encouraged in comparison to the present Dietary Reference Intakes (DRI) and the historical Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA).

According to Dr. Matthias Rath, an associate of Dr. Pauling, animals don’t get heart attacks because they produce vitamin C in their bodies, which protects their blood vessel walls. Human, however, are among a few species that are unable to produce vitamin C, thus we are dependent on vitamin C present in food and in supplements.
One thing to remember though is that heat destroys vitamin C and any cooked meal has no vitamin C content.

Vital C, the new face of vitamin C, is the first alkaline vitamin C which is contained in real vegetable capsule. It is made from only 100 percent pure Sodium Ascorbate crystalline powder (USP) and encapsulated as a 568.18 mg preparation. It is processed with all the care to preserve the potency of this very effective form of vitamin C. It is non-acidic (alkaline) and is readily absorbed by the body because of its alkalinity. Its PH range is 7.5 to 7.8, You can take as much VITAL-C as you need without the negative effect of highly acidic vitamin C tablets like stomach cramps, bloating and intestinal irritation. VITAL-C is based on the original formula created by Dr. Linus Pauling in association with Dr. Alfred Libby. Vital C is also safe for babies and can be taken in mega doses for better health results.

Making Fractions Simple to Understand for Your Children

Early this morning, it came to my thought of creating a very simple, and yet a very useful blogsite dedicated for young children to help them learn the basic of mathematics in a very easy and convenient way.

Learning this basic things at the earliest stage of their lives would make it easier for them to deal with the higher level of mathematics, like Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry and even Differential Calculus, Integral Calculus, Differential Equation, and other subjects that needs these skills.

Looking back on my own experience, even if I was already in my first year college, I had difficulties in dealing with simple and yet useful basic principles in mathematics. As a result, I couldn't be able to overtake those who had the solid foundation of the basic principles in mathematics.

When I had finally learned it, and that was after I finished my Engineering course for five years, I had realized that, should I had all those needed simple things as solid foundation, then I wouldn't have any difficulty in dealing with the higher level of mathematics.

So, in this planned blogsite for young children, I will reveal the basic principles that young children should learn by their heart and mind in order to make their lives easier when they are already in high school and in college, or even higher education levels.

I would like to encourage parents to examine this future blogsite dedicated for their young children to help them on their mathematical developments. Also, I would like to encourage those teachers and other experts to contribute their knowledge and experience to this area to help achieve the goal of this site.

Thank you very much.

Hope to be in touch with again shortly.

God bless!

Novel Concept That Gives Parent Peace of Mind While Their Chilren Are at School

It's a novel idea from the Marikina Catholic School in the Philippines to give parents some peace of mind while their children are at school.

It's a very good and useful technology that will inform parents through text messages the status of their children: time of their arrival at the school, time they left the school and even the status of the school activities whether or not their class sessions are cancelled.

Surely, with this method of monitoring children will attract more parents and consider sending their children to the Marikina Catholic School.

How I wish all schools and universities will implement this same technology to address those common concerns parent have for their children.
